The Army's Efficiency.
Received September 28, 0.20 a.m. London, Yesterday General French, speaking at a military dinner at Farnham, said soldiers gratefully recognised Mr Brodrick's energy and skill in grappling with military problems. The Army had made enormous strides in efficiency and reform under him. :
