Inveecaegili,, Tuesday. At the wool sales to-day there was not. bo much speculative buying as at the first sale, while the weaker tendency in London reduced buyers to limits for classes. Best fine crossbred and halfbred maintained their values; medium fa\ilty and inferior fine and coarse were .id to fa lower than at the first sale ; pieces, etc.. were also £d lower. Considerable quantities were passed at auction, but there were heavy bookings after the sales. Good bright crossbred brought 6^d to 7d; medium and inferior do. 4£d to sid; halfbred, 7M to: B£d; others, s£d to 6M; bellies'and pieces, 3d to 4d; locks, Hd to 2d.
