MARKET REPORT.
Messrs Mounsey and Co. rsport having held successful sales during the past fortnight. At the yards on Saturday poultry came forward in fair numbers, but piices were nob up to usual quotations, owing no doub. to the high price of feed. New potatoes find a ready sale at market prices, showing a decrease and s'gns of lasting. Furniture and sundries were eagerly sought after. Several large furnishing orders have been fixed up by tho firm during the week. Wo quote—Weaner pigs, 16s to 16-* 9d ; hens, 2s 3d to 3s 6d; cockerels, 2s 6d to 3s ; chicks, 9d ; ducks, 3s to 4s; ducklings, 2s; turkey and chicks, 4. 9d ; new potatoes, 6s to 9s 4d ; malt dust, 73 s:ck; barley, 4s 3d bushel; onions, l^d.
