A train "was accidentally derailed at Standerton. Six Dragoon Guards were killed and thirty-six injured. Those prisoners who have been permanently banished are Botha, late Landdrost of Pretoria, FieldCornets Botha, Hugo, Meuwhondt and Dv Plessis, Captains Oliver, Cotzee, Coos and Eruger, and Adjutant Vanderlinde.
