Wellington, .Thursday. ' Leary and Campbell report that then have been no transactions worth mentioning m farm produce during the past week. The items most worthy of notice are—pats, which are not nearly so firm as they , were ; potatoes, which art coming forward -freely, and have suffered a decided fall m price ; butter has been more brisk than of late, and 7£d to id has been realised for prime samples ; onions, plentiful and slow of sale at £7 per ton j poultry, supply slack; eggs guaranteed fresh, realise! Is Bd. The fruit market is very much over-supplied and, m consequence, prices have been low and a great deal of fruit will not keep ; cooking apples are unsaleable.
