CONTROL IN INDO-CHINA
SETTLEMENT NOW REPORTED. (Rec: 11 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 26. The disagreement between Paris and Chungking about taking over the .administration of Northern Indo-China appeal's to be amicably settled, says Reuter's Paris correspondent. It 'is learned that French troops will soon take over from the Chinese armed forces in Tonking and North-Annam. Thev will simultaneously take oyer ffcm British troops in Cochin-China and thus Indo-China will, for the first time since the end of the war, come completely under French control.
