At 11.45 a.m. yesterday Lindsay John Dowell, aged one year and nine months, son of' Mr E. Dowell, of Marne Street, Anderson's Bay, Dunedin, was drowned j in an 18-gallon tank on Mr Dowcll's prop- ' erty.
