SALE OF RABBITSKINS EMERGENCY REGULATIONS, 1942 RABBITSKINS SUBSIDY JOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, _N as from September 26th, 1945, and until further notice, subsidies as follows will be paid: DOES.—A subsidy at the rate of 5/per pound will be paid on all MILKY DOES, which will include skins showing milk rings in size not less than the size of one penny. To qualify, skins must be properly dried and stretched, and must have one complete hind leg left on. SMALL UNMARKETABLE SKINS. A subsidy at the rate of FOUR-j-jSNCE per skin will be paid on all SMALL UNMARKETABLE SKINS, such-as nesters and kittens. ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that M the Palmerston North City Council proposes at a Special Meeting to he Held on the loth day of October, 1945- to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing ot the sum of £SOOO for the purposes ot enabling the Council to prepare site and 'erect buildings for the establishment of Transit Camps at the bhow'erouiids and Hbkowhitu for housing purposes, and to provide roads, sewerage , water, gas, electricity and all other necessary facilities required m connection therewith. . . THAT the said sum of £SOOO is to be secured by a Special Rate of l/20th of a penny in the £ rateable value ot all rateable property in the City ot Palmerston North for the purpose ot providing the annual payment of interest, 1 Sinking Fund and other charges ;therpon.
