(Press Assn) WELLINGTON, Sept. 27 The Prime Minister (Mr Fraser) tolcl the Power Boards Conference, which opened today, that a cablegram had just been received from the President of the Board' of Trade (Sir Stafford Cripps) that the date of delivery for the machinery . fo? the Ivarapiro hydro-station would have to be deferred for another four months, so that on present indications it was not likely to he able to take the load until the winter of 1947.
