Washington.—Action on the posthumouos award of the Congressional Medal of Honour to the late Mr Roosevelt was blocked on the objection of Representative Robson (Republican, Kentucky). The subject will lie considered later. Representative Robson said that for almost the past century the medal had gone only to those who went far beyond the lino of duty in actual combat. "We should not break that precedent," he said. "Mr Roosevelt docs net need this honour."
