PERSONAL
Mr L. W. Cozens, who has been absent on sick leave, fans' resumed duty as District Manpower Officer and secretary of the Armed .Forces Appeal Board. Mr L. E. Ellisson, who has been acting as District Manpower Officer for the past five months, is now oil liis annual leave, at the conclusion of which lie will assume another important position with the National Service Department.
