lUGLD RUSSIAN DISCIPLINE. LONDON. May 6. - Under iron Red Army discipline, order hits been restored in Berlin, says Reuter’s Moscow correspondent. Everywhere in Berlin shutters arc coming down, shops are opening and children are playing in the shell-scarred streets. First priority has been restoration of equipment in hospitals. German doctors in white overalls move from block to block checking against the danger of epidemics as a result of large-scale’ destruction of the sewerage system. Nevertheless, .
