APRIL CONFERENCE
UNION DELEGATES TO ATTEND. (Rec. 10.30 a.in.) LONDON, Feb. 22. Sir Walter Citrine (general secretary of tlic Trade Union Congress)and other leading figures from the Wond Trade onion Conference will attend the San Francisco conference on April 25, says the Daily Telegraph industrial correspondent. In the unlikely event that they do not receiie invitations the union leaders will go to the conference in unofficial capacities. They have decided to meet in any case in Washington at an early date.
