A WORD TO MAORI ELECTORS
Maori Electors!’ The Western Maori byeleetion this Saturday provides an opportunity to strengthen Maori representation in Parliament. llurinui Jones, Independent candidate, is a man whoso qualifications will comnyend him to the intelligent voter. Do not remain shackled to the narrow interests of cult or party. The destinies of the Maori people in the new world order, for which their valiant sons have fought and bled, demand that the vote on Saturday be’ exercised in the fullest wisdom and with the highest sense of duty and responsibility. Therefore, support Pci te Hurinui Jones, a true son of Aotearoa, who has the best interests of his people at heart.*
