TIMBER FACTORY FIRE

(Press Assn) NEW PLYMOUTH, Jan 14 A serious fire early this morning destroyed a largo joinery factory belonging to the Sash and Door Timber Company, Ltd. The factory was almost completely burnt out. The damage to the building, stock, and plant, which is covered by insurance, represents several thousand pounds. A fine save was made by the brigade in the spread of the fire to the yards, large quantities of timber were stocked under cover, also, to adjoining buildings.
