(Bee. 1.5 p.m.) OTTAWA. Mar. 24. A speed limit of 40 miles an hour will be introduced in Canada in an effort to conserve gasoline and rubber. Gasoline rationing starts on April 4. Announcing these measures, the Minister of Munitions (Air C. D.
