Sir,—When compulsory unionism was enacted, it was perfectly clear that every honest worker was compelled against his will to follow an idle majority ol one vote. \\ by not cut out compulsory unionism? Helpless and harmless cyclists, unable to procure lamps or .batteries, are compelled to go to work or return to their homes jn darkness. Why prosecute them? Pleasure seeking and speeding eardrivers, with blinding headlights, are a deadly danger to pedestrians and cyclists. Why not prosecute them?—l am, etc., A VICTIM.
