PRIME MINISTER’S STAND.
(To the Editor.)
gj ri —I read with satisfaction the Prime Minister’s strong words and stand, taken in reference to the attitude of the Westfield strikers. Ai a time like this they are doing serious harm to the rest of the community, and I wish heartily to support what has already appeared in your paper concerning them. Such men should not be allowed to enter any productive works again, but be drafted into military service; our Government has been too tolerant towards these men. and they have turned and bit the hand that has helped them. Now Air Fraser has made a bold stand all opposition should be swept away. It is the dear duty of all loyal citizens to show a united front by rallying around him and giving him every ounce of their strength.—l am. etc., THOS. YOUNG, “lnglcnook.” Fcilding.
