CRIPPLED CHILDREN.

Mr F. AY. G. McLeod, of Palmerston North, who lms been visiting Feilding; in the interests of the Crippled Children Society, particularly with regard to the financial affairs of the Feilding; .sub-branch, reports a very satisfactory result of his canvass of the business section of the- town. A substantial addition has been- made to the membership for the Feilding area, and manifqjjts the interest taken by all in the welfare of the crippled children in the Palmerston North hospital district, the total at present being in the vicinity of IGO. If it can be arranged, tbe residential area is also to be canvassed.
