SEATTLE, Oct. 24. The Sheriff’s Office has received a writ against Sir Thomas Beecham, the English conductor, who is conducting the Seattle Symphony Orchestra, alleging that £1298 is clue in British income tax. Sir Thomas Beecham says he is ignorant of any claim outstanding in Britain.
