CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The Feilding Chamber of Commerce met last evening, Mr H. S. Tate presiding. Tlie British Trade Committee advised that it desired to maintain to the full extent its trade with New Zealand despite the difficulties to be faced on account of war conditions and import restrictions. Reference to the Friday night bus service to and from Oliakea Air Force Station was made by the chairman ; the service was inaugurated several weeks ago for the purpose of giving trainees an opportunity to visit Feilding. It was decided to continue the service, which is expected to become more iiopular than ever when the warmer weather comes.
