(Rec. 8.5 a.m.) RUGBY. Julv 22. Mrs Churchill, the wife of the Premier, presented certificates for gallantry in air raids to GO men, members of tho staff of the Port of London Authority. Sho said: “As I looked at those who came up to receive their 1 certificates I thought we may not be j as good at ruthless warfare as the Ger- [ mans, but we are ten times as brave in i the protection of our homes and country.”—Official Wireless.
