BLIND TO ASSIST.

MAKING OF MUNITIONS. LONDON, April 16. Many of Britain's 70,000 blind citizens may soon he working in munition factories. Lord Nuffield is serving on a research advisory committee set up by St. Dunstan’s to investigate this possibility, and bis factories are being used for experiments in trying out sightless workers. Five thousand blind men and women are already working on war production, turning out accessories for ships and guns, making hospital supplies and tools for civil defence work.
