GIFT EVENING

In honour of her approaching marriage, .Miss Lenore Brown was entertained at a kitchen evening on May J at the homo of Mr and Mrs "M. J. Child, 77 Cook Street. There were about JO guests present atul the evening was pleasantly spent in games, competitions and community singing. The bride-to-be was the recipient of many useful gifts for her kitchen. The hostess welcomed the guests dressed in floral georgette. The guest of honour wa6 attired in tomato red velvet, and her mother’s frock was winc-em-boesed georgette.
