RUAHINE TRAMPING CLUB
Mr A. Zcincrt was in the chair at the annual meeting of tho Ritaliinc Tramping Club held last evening. There was a fair attendance of members. In speaking to the annual report the president said that the club had recorded a successful year. Willi petrol restrictions the members could not travel further than 30 miles from Palmerston North, and this had somewhat restricted their activities. Mr Zcincrt also mentioned the damage to the hut at the Coppcrmines. A motion—that (lie rule that the office of president be hold by one person for not more than two years, but after being out cf office for one year such person be eligible for rc-clcction be rescinded—was passed. tOfficcrs were elected as follow'-.—Patron, Mr L.
