ATLANTIC PATROL. AMERICAN REVELATION. LONDON, April (30. The announcement that the ! whole of the United States Atlantic Fleet is engaged in the neutrality patrol into Mid-Atlantic was made at Washington, today, by Colonel Knox (Secretary
