LONDON, April 20. It was announced from Moscow tonight that the Soviet has prohibited the transport across Russia of war materials, including aeroplane parts, and machine tools. The Moscow radio, commenting on the situation in the Balkans, says that despite the losses in the llalkans the position of Britain ’in the Eastern Mediterranean remained secure. An attack on Egypt, it says, would entail great difficulties for the Axis.
