CASTLES IN THE AIR.

CAPETOWN, Dec. 2. A young candidate in a scholarship examination in Natal has just taught his examiners a lesson in the art of being topical. One of the papers they set called for an essay on “Castles in the Air.” The candidate wrote a vivid and accurate description of the muchdiscussed American “Flying Fortress.” He won his scholarship.
