MILITARY SERVICE.
The Alan-Power Committee in Palmerston North has announced its reserved decision in respect of the appeal made on behalf of Charles James Morgan, band-saw filer, employed by Wm. Cook and Sons. The Committee dismissed the appeal, with the condition that appellant is not to be called for service till March 31, 1941.
