IN PETROL ALLOWANCE.

General dissatisfaction is expressed in the city at the meagreness of the increased petrol allowance, amounting to only half a coupon more for November and December, whereas at least one extra coupon was expected. The position appeared to be that motoring would be crowded into December, leaving November and January dead for business.
