DEPARTURE FROM LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 10.10 a.m.) RUGBY. Oct. 23. The American Ambassador (Mr J. P. Kennedy) has left by air for the United States.
Press reports to the effect that he will resign his appointment on his return home have been accompanied by expressions of the keenest regret as Mr Kennedy and his family are well liked here.-
