TEMPORAR Y ACCOMMODATION. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. G. An inspection of the Waiouru .'Camphaving indicated that the whole of the camp area will not be ready for occupation by October 1 (the date originally fixed) ; arrangements have been made to encamp the Territorial units due for Waiouru at various racecourses and other areas in their own districts, said Colonel P. H. Bell (Quartermas-ter-General), in an interview today. The troops will be re-transferred to the camp when it is ready. CAMP COMFORTS. The National Patriotic Fund Board is providing 5000 hooks for the library at Waiouru Camp and has also approved extensions to the Church of England hut at Burnham which will make a writing room available at a cost of about £SOO.
