MORE PETROL SUPPLIES.
DEPUTATION PROPOSED. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 5. A further effort to persuade the Government to relax the petrol restrictions was decided on by the council of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce to-night. It wag decided to approach chambers in the other three main centres and the Associated Chambers of Commerce, urging the forming of a deputation to place the case for relaxation before the Prime Minister.
