A meeting of tlic Feilding R.S.A. executive committee was held last evening, Mr F. J. Allen (vice-president) presiding. Tho secretary (Mr 0. V. Jewell! reported that two pension cases had been attended to and adjusted satisfactorily. It was agreed to enter teams in the district euchre competition. the matter of arranging these being left in the hands of the chairman. The meeting agreed to purchase a roll of honour to he placed in tho office of tho branch. Reference to the successful smoke concert held recently was made, and it was agreed that similar functions bo hold providing similar arrangements arn made with the Patriotic Society. One now member was enrolled and the secretary was instructed to arrange for a suitable form of nomination to be prepared for future use. Motions of sympathy with the parents of Pilot-Officer A. S. Luxmoorc and Leading-Aircraftsman R. Mason were passed. Final arrangements wore made for the ladies’ evening, the function to he advertised.
