PARKING OF CYCLES.

Frequently there is a congestion along footpath kerbs in Kimbolton Road due to the parking of cycles in the watertables. Yesterday a youth parked his cycle and a car driving into the kerb caught the wheel of the machine and badly buckled it. There was no trace of the car owner when the youth went to get his cycle. It so happened that the boy was the son of a farmer and his departure from town to milk the cows was delayed considerably.
