DECORATED FOR COURAGE. LONDON, Aug. 3. Viscount Mandeville, son of the Duke of Manchester, has been awarded the 0.8. E. lor outstanding courage and enterprise when a bomb exploded aboard one of His Majesty’s ships. Lord Mandeville is back at sea after retiring from the Royal Navy in 1930 with the rank of lieutenant-commander.
