AVELLINGTON, June 15, There are no further developments from the Opposition as a result of the Prime Minister’s statement that he will proceed with the constitution of a National War Council, on which three Oppositionists are being invited to take positions. AVlien the matter was referred to the Leader of the Opposition this morning, Mr Hamilton replied: The position is as stated by me on each occasion, namely we will not nominate members either to the War Cabinet or the AVar Council as proposed. Mr Fraser has our letters to this effect in his possession.
