AMERICAN'S DEATH.
Received April 24, 8.5 a.m. WASHINGTON, April 22. The State Department is seeking fuller information concerning the manner of Captain R. Losey’s death, hut officials expressed the opinion that it is unlikely 1o lead to a diplomatic incident if it is found that, as expected, Captain Losev was acting in lino with his duty. It was reported yesterday that Captain I.osey, an American air attache, was billed in a German air raid on Norway. lie was tho leading aeronautical and meteorological expert in the United States army.
