The first public lecture of Ibo W.E.A. for t!ic 1940 winter session is to be held in (lie Thoosophical Hall, Church Street', on Saturday, April 27, at 8 p.m.. when Mr A. S. Ilely. W.lvA. tutor organiser, will lecture on the (uihjoet of “International Issues and War.” This is the first, of a series of six weekly pnbli (-lectures in which a number of experts will examine their subjects in relation to war.
