The medal round played by the WooiiI villa Golf Chd) during Ihe week-end in conjunction with a. four-ball bogov compction resulted in a win for K. Hanarary (handicap 36) with a net score of 66. In the four-ball competition, three pairs tied w’ith 5 up—P. .Maurice and F. U. Mackie, H. Paterson and V. Baker, and E. Hanaray and H. Lagor. Maurice and Mackie won on a count back. K. Paterson, a seven handicap player, was responsible lor an exceptionally good round —three over par for the course—going cut in 39 and coming home in 38. He has been playing consistently good golf since the season opened and his handicap has accordingly been reduced to five.
