YUGOSLAV EX-PREMIER. Received April 20, 10.10 a.m. BUDAPEST, April 19. The Yugoslav Government has announced that it has arrested and is interning the former Premier (M. Stoyadinovitch) after the police raided his home and found documents linking him ■Svith the Nazis. The Associated Press Belgrade correspondent says Italian troops, who arc now wearing steel helmets, are unusually active on the Yugoslav border, where the Germans are also massing.
