CONTROL OF FOREIGNERS. Received A"ril 2.\ 10.5 a.m. BUCHAREST, April 19. The stringent control of the activities of foreigners announced yesterday means they must present then passports to the police within 24 hours and leave immediately after their visas expire. Extensions of the time limits of the visas may be granted only in exceptional circumstances. No foreigner may leave a specified residence without a police permit. He is also forbidden to possess arms, war material and cameras.
