PARENTS ADAMANT. ; Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH. March 20. i The parents of about 20 children at Moaua. on the West Coast, will receive absence notices irom the Canterbury Education Board, and unless tlie children resume attendance at tlie Rum School before April 30 tlie board will take further action. The children have been required to go to Ruru, one and a-half miles away, since the Aloaua School was closed, and tlie parents of the Alonnn children, considering that the the school should ho reopened, have re-I fused to make the change.
