Mr Grenfell is a member of the Parliamentary executive of the British Labour Party and is here to represent the United Kingdom branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association at the Centennial celebrations. Mr Grenfell was mot on arrival by Hon. P. Fraser. Hon. D. AVilson (Leader of the Legislative Council), and Sir C. M. Bothamley, hon, secretary of the New Zealand branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association.
