SCAPA DEFENCES.
WILL WITHSTAND ATTACK. Received Ma.rch 20. 9.20 a.m. LONDON. March 19. It is learned officially in London that the First Lord of the Admiralty (Mr Churchill) recently inspected the new defences at Scapa Flow which are designed to withstand submarine and other attack.
