Trim Yoke Frock.—Here’s a youthful style which will have the strongest possible appeal to misses of high school age and to the younger set generally. The cut combines youthful simplicity with just that hint of budding sophistication needed to lift it out of the commonplace. It is one of those allround styles which make it appropriate alike for general, sports or spectator wear. The contrast yoke is an important detail. The skirt is generously flared. The hip-line is snug-fitting.
Youthful Frock.—A lovely specialoccasion frock for juniors is pictured here, a style designed by Jennifer Jean, of New York, expressly to meet the needs of the modern miss who is style-conscious, and insists upon frocks equally as smart as those worn by her elders. For party wear, for visiting, anil for “best,” the illustration shows the frock developed in a rich velveteen ; but wool crepe, flat crepe moire taffeta, or a light-weight flannel, in plain tunings or small figured designs, will prove equally appropriate.
