A RECIPE.
Boil potatoes and cut into dice. Measure 3 cups and place in a bowi with 1 cup finely-chopped celery and 2 tablespoons green pepper. Pour over i cup French dressing and allow to stand for ± hour. Cut -J-lb lean ham into dice and add to potato. Arrange crisp lettuce in a salad bow], pile mixture in" centre, dome shape, and round the base place hard-boiled eggs, cut into four.- Serve with mayonnaise dressing.
