DEATH FOR LOOTING.
FRENCH PUNISHMENTS. Received February 22. S.o a.m. PARIS, Feb. 21. Military courts have sentenced to death two artillerymen for looting on evacuated house and also a 2G-.vear old German-born youth for espionage. They also decreed that the ox Communist leader Maurice Thorez be deprived of French nationality. The Chamber of Deputies has unseated GO Communists. The examining committee decided they bad forfeited their scats because they would not repudiate the Moscow International. The committee retained seven who did repudiate.
