ATT!MEN REACH ECUADOR. LIMA (Peru), Oct. 31. Fears have been felt for tho safety of the Peruvian brothers Commander Humberto Gallino and Captain Victor Gallino, who left New \ork at 1.43 p.m. on October 29 on a 4014 miles non-stop flight to Lima. However, a telegraphist in the city of Puerto Posorja (Ecuador) has reported that the fliers have landed with their fuel exhar/ted.
