CULL COWS.

At a meeting of farmers at Danncvirko it was decided to set up a new organisation to carry on the cull drive work, which will operate in Southern Hawke's Bay. Mr Kay H. Morgan, of Papatawa, assured the meeting that strong support would be forthcoming from the Wooclville end of the district, where the value of the cull drive system was just becoming realised. He expressed satisfaction at the general policy of the association and particularly at the assurance that special arrangements could be made for any one part of the district if necessary. A committee was elected consisting of .Messrs E. W. Leach. G. A. Camtnock, W. Galloway, W. Chisnall, 1?. A. Andersen. J. Kearney. Hay H. Morgan. F. Knapp, K. C. Leach and J. A. Mitchell.
